What are the prints on? What kind of medium? Paper?
Our photographs are printed on Epson Archival Matte paper, a bright white paper that yields highly saturated images, while maintaining excellent highlight and shadow detail.
Are artworks closed editions?
Yes. All pieces in this collection are a limited edition of 50, plus 1 artist proof.
Does artwork come signed and with a letter of authenticity?
Yes and Yes. Each Piece will be contain a title, edition, date, and signature on the white border. Your piece will also be accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity.
What kind of printer do you use?
All photographs are printed on an Epson SureColor P-Series premium quality printer.
Are the images on the website the same as the ones I will receive? (size and watermark)
While the image framing is the same as demonstrated on the website, the purchased photographs will NOT contain the M-UP watermark and will be printed in 20×28 inches(including white border) in their respective landscape or portrait layout.

How are artworks shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS. All orders are professionally packaged and fully insured to ensure that your order arrives undamaged. All orders will require signature upon delivery.
How long will shipping take?
Shipments are estimated to take 3-4 weeks depending on your location.
Can you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the US and Canada. Shipping is free for all US and Canada orders.
Do you do returns?
There is a NO RETURN policy once an order is processed. Returns before processing or under specific circumstances are at the discretion of the seller. Please contact directly for more information.
